Michael Novakovich

Michael Novakovich, is President and CEO of Columbia Industries (CI). He holds an MBA from Washington State University, where he also graduated summa cum laude with a degree in business administration. Michael has over 25 years of professional leadership experience and he has continually led teams to national and international award recognition and accreditations for a variety of endeavors. He and his wife Shannon own a business consultancy called NovaWerx, which focuses on leadership development​, strategy and human resources. Michael and Shannon have called the Tri-Cities home for many years and are the proud parents of two boxers named Primo and Rijker they refer to as the “babies.”
